Pianostrefa Regulations

The following regulations have been created to ensure high-quality lessons at Pianostrefa and an organized approach to learning, while respecting both the student and the teacher. By deciding to take lessons at Pianostrefa, you accept the following regulations.

Definitions

Pianostrefa - a company conducting extracurricular artistic education activities
Student - a person participating in activities at Pianostrefa
Teacher - a person conducting educational activities at Pianostrefa
Price list - current prices for activities at Pianostrefa

General Rules

Piano lessons can be started by a person who has reached the age of 5.
Minors are brought to and picked up directly after the lesson by parents or legal guardians.
Students are asked to be punctual for the lessons.
Only the participant who has been scheduled for the lesson may attend. In the case of a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, the teacher should be informed before the lesson.
Highly recommended for starting piano lessons is having unrestricted access to the instrument for practice outside of the lessons.
During lessons, we use sheet music and materials from the teacher's collection, which are not included in the lesson cost. In consultation with the student or parent, the teacher recommends the purchase of suitable materials or sheet music. There is also the option to provide the student with current materials electronically. For the first lessons, students are asked to bring their own music notebooks.

Lesson Reservations

There are two ways to book a lesson: by contacting the teacher by phone or by contacting the teacher by email.
Lessons cannot be conducted without prior reservation or contact by phone with the teacher.
Lesson booking occurs when the teacher confirms the date (via email or phone).

Payments

There are two payment methods: Blik and bank transfer.

Refund Policy

Pianostrefa does not offer refunds.

Delays

At Pianostrefa, lessons are conducted consecutively. Therefore, in the event of a student being late, any extension of the lesson depends on the teacher's decision.
All lessons are fully payable, even in the event of a student's late arrival and the inability to extend the lesson by the teacher.

Cancellation by the Student

Cancellations by the student, parent, or legal guardian can be made at least 24 hours before the lesson.

Cancellation by the Teacher

In the event of a lesson cancellation by the teacher due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the student, parent, or legal guardian will be notified. The student has the option to reschedule the lesson.

Resignation

Resignation from learning at Pianostrefa can occur at any time. Please inform the teacher about this.
